By (1) Janeth Cherono Maina and (2) Philip Kiplangat Chepkwony, both of P.O. Box 62- 20200, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Maina Chepkwony, who died on 28th June, 2008.

By (1) David Cheruiyet Ngeno, (2) Charles Cheruiyet and (3) Erick Kipkoech Cheruiyet, all of P.O. Box 19- 20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of Joseph Kipkemo Talam, who died at Kericho Nursing Home, on 17th March, 2015.

By Dorothy Chepkorir Langat, of P.O. Box 17- 20200, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiprotich Langat, who died on 4th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
