TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025
By George Muchombe Natabo, of P.O. Box 45-40510, Mokomoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Natabo Maisiba Nyandiere alias Natabo Maisiba, who died at Boisanga II, on 31st October, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025
By Elias Obaga Obuya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obuya Gesami, who died at Nyakenimo, on 27th July, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
