By (1) Calvin Onyango Riwa, (2) Elton Enustus Okelo and (3) Owen Austin Riwa, the deceased’s widower and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Aluoch Ogala, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2015.

By Uyogea Stephen Otieno, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Uyoga Atito Ommwanga, who died at Usenge, on 10th June, 1998.

By Teresa Atieno Ogutu Nanda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gardy Aginga Adhiambo alias Grady Aginga Adhiambo, who died at Usenge, on 22nd April, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
