TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025
By Elphus Iha Thoya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thoya Mramba Mweri, who died on 5th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025
By Priscillar Jumwa Katana, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Jefa Katana, who died on 27th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Raphael Shida Charo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Masha Tsuma, who died on 23rd September, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) James Jara, John Jara Kilibai and (3) Sabastian Barisa Jara, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jara Kilibai Jara, who died on 3rd February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Kahindi Thoya Baya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gia Mzungu, who died on 14th March, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
