By Lucy Wanjiru Muchemi, of P.O. Box 916-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mucemi Wainaina alias Mucemi Wainaina, who died at Mithandukuini, on 1st October, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2026
By Faith Lucy Muthoni Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kimemia Karumi, who died at Care Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2026
By (1) Benson Ngugi Stephen and (2) Naftary Kimani Mugayania, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwaura Mugayania, who died at North Kinangop Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
