TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Michuki James Mutweke, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Michuki Muraya, who died at Kihoya, on 6th May, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Nancy Wambui Mwangi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Kimathi Gichuhi, who died at Kihoya, on 13th March, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By (1) Roda Njeri Maingi and (2) Joyce Njoki Maingi, both of P.O. Box 124, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Maingi Kimengere, who died at Mithiga Sub-location, on 28th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
