By Joyce Kawira Muthamia, of P.O. Box 1586-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marete Mugwika alias M’Marete M’Mugwika, who died at Igokine Sub-location, on 6th April, 2001.

By Nicholas Kiambi Ileri, of P.O. Box 182, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Ileri Njau, who died at P.C.E.A., Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 1978.

By George Murithi Mwirigi, of P.O. Box 185, Mitunguu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwirigi Angaine, who died at St. Theresa Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
