TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025
By Fredrick Yona Omachi Oketi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jactone Oketti, who died at District Hospital, Butere in Kenya, on 24th August, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2025
By Job Amwayi Obindika, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Oruko Amwayi, who died at Shikunga, on 22nd August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Mildred Mkabana Mukhwana, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mukhwana Wekondi, who died on 6th April, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
