TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Mary Nabangala Khaemba, of P.O. Box 60, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Khaemba Mufumba, who died at Machakha, on 11th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Andonina Nabwile Sindani and (2) Patrick Mwasame Wafula, both of P.O. Box 60, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingalu Nabiswa alias King’alu Nabiswa, who died at North Kulisiru, on 16th April, 1966.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Edward Barasa, of P.O. Box 105, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Simiyu Waliaula alias Daniel Simiyu, who died at Kiminini Sub-location, on 12th September, 1992.

By Meshack Fwamba Bwile, of P.O. Box 22, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Khatondi.
