TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021
By Amos Oyalo Osundwa, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osundwa Wasirae alias Baskari Osundwa, who died on 7th July, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E307 OF 2025
By (1) Margret Otongo Munyendo and (2) Everlyne Nasenya Wawire, both of P.O. Box 8-50106, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Pamba Matera, who died on 2nd May, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2026
By Joseph Otiende Musukuya, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musukuya Opemi, who died on 16th April, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
