TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2024
By Monica Atieno Okoth, of P.O. Box 160-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okoth Aduda alias Charles Okoth Adiwa, who died on 17th June, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Juliana Anyango Khachina, of P.O. Box 515-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Wesonga Musotsi, who died on 22nd May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Josephine Wabuko Were, of P.O. Box 126, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Pamba Chichole alias Pamba Chichole, who died on 28th September, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2026
By Sammy Lolo Majoni, of P.O. Box 60, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Refa Khalayi Majoni alias Repha Majoni, who died on 26th February, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
