TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025
By (1) John Mande Mungai and (2) Veronica Waithira Mungai, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wanjiru Mungai, who died on 18th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025
By Ann Muthoni Kinuithia, of P.O. Box 870-00520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Kinuithia Kahihu, who died at Bamboo, on 29th November, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Grace Wangare Mambo, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mambo Kinuithia alias Geoffrey Mambo Kinuithi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
