TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Naphtali Swaka Amboye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Amoye Okuyumba alias Edward Amboye, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 11th May, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) Kennedy Akore Angaya, (2) Grace Awinja Aseka and (3) Rufas Mbini Aseka, the deceased’s grandson, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Aseka Ondondo alias John Aseka alias Haseka s/o Ondondo, who died at Eshirali, on 12th April, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Morris Otieno, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Oyale Otieno alias Rafael Oyale who died at Mundobelwa on 2nd April, 1982.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
