PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) Benter Anyango Wasira, (2) Daniel Aswa Wasira and (3) Agnes Aoko Wasira, all of P.O. Box 173, Chiga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gordon Wasira Auma, who died at Kibigori Sub-location, on 18th April, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By Mikanor Aluse Ombewa, of P.O. Box 335, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombewa Wandera alias Ombewa Mandera, who died on 20th October, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
