TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By Andrew Nugui Mugo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Mugo, who died at Thika Mat. Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Agnes Wangari Nguru, of P.O. Box 8-01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kirera Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta University of Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2026
By Rose Wanjiku Nugui, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wanjiru Nugui, who died at Chania, Thika West, on 1st August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2026
By John Norjoge Karuku, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Njoki alias Maria Njoki Karira, who died at Gaichanjiru, on 27th May, 1980.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
