Box 49393-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the lawful attorney of Elizabeth Alice Balaba, the administrator, petition for the resealing of a grant of letters of administration intestate issued by the High Court of Uganda at Kampala, on 29th June, 2006, to the estate of Israel Kafero John Knox Balaba, late of 203a, Hendon way, Golders Green, NW2, who died at Edenhall, 11, Lyndhurst Gardens, Camden, on 17th June, 2005.

Patricia Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Bhatia Labu Kamalingin, late of Ebony Park Villas, Riiara Road, Nairobi, who died at HCG-ICS, Khubchandani Cancer Center, GR, Mumbai, Greater Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, on 8th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
