TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By Elijah Ochieng Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 992, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Odhiambo Onyango, who died on 8th June, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2026
By Siprosa Amwaya Onunga, of P.O. Box 27, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Onunga Oranga alias James Paul Onunga, who died at Nyakach County Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
