TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E500 OF 2025
By Humphreys Olakhi Ochwada, of P.O. Box 23, Fuyulia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Ochwada Masiga alias Zablon Ochwada, who died at Busia County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2026
By John Ndege Bwire, of P.O. Box 23, Fuyulia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Bwire Moid alias Festus Bwire Moidi, who died at Busia County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
