TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2026
By Alice Muthoni Kaberere, of P.O. Box 71-00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abigail Muria Evanson, who died at St. Bridget Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2026
By Teresia Muthoni, of P.O. Box 33-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Nyambura Kigotho, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
