TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2026
By Kanyonyo Kuiyukia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuiyukia Kanyonyo, who died at Kambirwa, on 29th January, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2026
By Nancy Muthoni Irungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mugu Kamau, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
