TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025
By (1) Simion Muturi Muhia and (2) Wilson Maina Muhia, both of P.O. Box 55, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muhia Wahinya, who died at Makumbi Sub-location, on 25th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By Jimmy Mwangi Gathoni, of P.O. Box 20, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wandia Kiuma, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 31st August, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
