TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2025
By (1) Jane Wanjiku Waithaka and (2) Samuel Muthami Waichamama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Waichamama Muthami, who died on 18th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2025
By Charles Muthee Nyaga, of P.O. Box 11-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Kiriaku, who died at Umande, on 10th November, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By (1) Chris Miguel and (2) Mathenge John, both of P.O. Box 402-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelimis Wambui Mathenge, who died at District Hospital, Isiolo in Kenya, on 1st April, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
