TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Njue Mugo and (2) Robert Mwaniki Mugo, both of P.O. Box 2081-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasmus Mugo Gachithire, who died at Kiangima Sub-location, on 18th July, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2026
By Virginia Wambugi Njuki, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njagi Kamwagire, who died at Kirigi Sub-location, on 19th May, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
