TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2026
By (1) George Ondieki Ongwae and (2) Bethwel Monari Ongwae, both of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Nyaboke Ongwae, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2026
By (1) Arasa Nicodemus Nyachiro and (2) Nelson Matonda Totalli, both of P.O. Box 14, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyachiro Morimeirie, who died at Ebachwa Sub-location, on 3rd July, 1971.

By Samwel Maxwell Maronga, of P.O. Box 3908, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maronga Nyagetiria Nyamwamu, who died on 22nd December, 1984.

By (1) Joseph Osoro Maosa and (2) Gladys Moraa Mwanah, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Bonareri Maosa, who died at Mwagichana East Location, Kisii, on 31st May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2026
By Salome Kemunto Makwari, of P.O. Box 348-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makwari Nyandega, who died at Boroko, on 2nd October, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
