TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By Pacifica Kemunto Omonde, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omonde, who died on 12th May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Henry Nyabuto Maeta, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maeta Motieri alias Maeta Motieri Getenga, who died on 10th July, 1972.

By James Otieno Maina, of P.O. Box 520, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Maina Oyuqi, who died at Nairobi, on 4th November, 1983.

By Reuben Bosire Masese, of P.O. Box 2088-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sese Natabo, who died at Mwamanwa Sub-location, on 22nd July, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
