TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E153 OF 2026
By Rosemary Achieng Odongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Atoka Okoth, who died at Ligega Sub-location, on 4th January, 2008.
CAUSE NO.E157 OF 2026
By Erick Ochieng Opella, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ratwanga Opela, who died on 16th August, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
