TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E162 OF 2026
By (1) Vincent Ochieng Odhiambo and (2) Samwel Onyango Adul, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opal Alos, who died at Kagonya, on 28th October, 1990.
CAUSE NO.E163 OF 2026
By Lucy Akinyi Odour, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herson Ogweno Opondo alias Herson Ogweno, who died at Nyalenya Sub- location, on 21st February, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
