TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E1 OF 2026
By (1) Oliver Kimutai Kemboi and (2) Irine Jemeli Mengich, both P.O.Box 582-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Larry Kemboi Kiplangat, who died at Kaptuli, Sergoit, on 9th September, 2015.
CAUSE NO.E3 OF 2026
By Allan Kipkenei Kimutai, P.O.Box 46-30104, Moiben in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kimutai Chemor alias Chemjor, who died on 17th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO.E4 OF 2026
By Micah Kipkoech Maiyo, P.O.Box 46-30104, Moiben in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kandie Chemjor Chesigari alias Kandie Chemor, who died at Iten Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
