TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E105 OF 2025
By Michael Mwangi, of P.O. Box 511- 01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezron Kanyingi Kimani alias Hezron Kanyingi Kimani, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 8th April, 1994.
CAUSE NO.E175 OF 2025
By (1) Francis Guchu Kimani, (2) Simon Njoroge Kimani, (3) Patrick Kamau Kimani and (4) Martha Njoki Nijuguna, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kimani Kibunga alias Kimani Kibunga alias Kimani Kibunge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 1994.

CAUSE NO.E65 OF 2026
By Andrew Nugui Mugo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Mugo, who died at Thika Maternity Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
