By Rosinakhanu Shamsudin Jivabhai Rayani, of P.O. Box 10201- 00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shamsudin Jivabhai Alibhai Rayani, who died at Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, on 6th November, 2024.

By (1) Jamilla Abdulla Ahmed, (2) Hassan Mohamed Karama and (3) Khadija Mohamed Karama, all of P.O. Box 2267-00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Karama, who died at Kilimani, Westlands, Nairobi, on 30th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO.E48 OF 2026
By Amina Ali Musa Elmi, of P.O. Box 67718-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Musa Elmi, who died at Eastleigh, on 18th December, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
