By (1) Issa Boy Juma and (2) Juma Boy Juma, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boy Juma Boy, who died on 12th February, 2017.

By Caroline Kasina, c/o P.O. Box 74, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Constance Memuna Mnyeto, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2018.

By (1) Malkia Shabani Swedi and (2) Swedi Shabani Swedi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkya Shaban Swedi, who died on 20th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
