TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E6 OF 2023
By (1) Amina Omar and (2) Halima Ali Shaban, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Bin Shaban, who died at Songes, Tanzania, on 28th May, 2015.
CAUSE NO.E3 OF 2026
By (1) Tamima Juma and (2) Halima Juma, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Baraka Juma, who died at Township, Kitui, on 19th October, 2014.
CAUSE NO.E4 OF 2026
By (1) Tamima Juma and (2) Halima Juma, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maimuna Juma Hussein, who died at Township, Kitui, on 4th January, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
