TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E182 OF 2025
By Kalondu Mwasia, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscilla Ngina Mwasi, who died at Gituamba, on 4th December, 1992.
CAUSE NO.E11 OF 2026
By Karindi Kanyoro, of P.O. Box 51894- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wambui Karindi, who died at Karen, on 15th May, 2011.
CAUSE NO.E70 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Mumbu Kiamba and (2) Loise Waiwa Karanja, both of P.O. Box 8, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiamba Mumbu alias Titus Kiamba Mumbu, who died at Mhango Sub- location, 22nd February, 2005.
CAUSE NO.E75 OF 2026
By Wambui Marubu, of P.O. Box 39, Kambiti in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karubu Kamara, who died at Kariaini Sub- location, on 18th September, 2010.
CAUSE NO.E81 OF 2026
By (1) Irene Wanjiru Kinyanjui and (2) Ng’ang’a Mwaniki, both of P.O.Box 1-01034, Kandara in Kenya, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathoni Githoma alias Jane Nyambura Mwaniki, who died at A.I.C. Githumu Health Centre, on 10th October, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
