TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By William Mwangi Maragwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wangari Maragwa, who died at Kiuu, on 28th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Felishina Wambura Mugane, of P.O. Box 275, Kaharo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachu Karuoya alias Gachu s/o Karuoya, who died on 29th October, 1975.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
