IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT SIAYA
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E543 OF 2025
By (1) William Kenneth Omukaya and (2) Robert Zakayo Onyango, both of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Murama Onyango, who died at Mulaha Sub-location, on 21st January, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
