PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2025
By (1) Silas Okoth Oriato, (2) James Ochieng Oriato, (3) Evans
Ochieng Akumu and (4) Risper Auma, the deceased’s grandsons and
daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Alois Ondiek, who died in 1971.
CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025
By Rosa Agola Obong’o, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Adhiambo
Obongo, who died in Athens, Greece, on 2nd April, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
