PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2025
By (1) kibutany arap Rono and (2) Irene Chepkorir Beti, the
deceased’s widower and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chepkoech Kiputany,
who died at Kirima, on 18th September, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E692 OF 2025
By Jackline Nduta Njehu, of P.O. Box 472, Njoro in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Fred Kariuki Kagoko alias Fred Kariuki, who died at
Bibirioni Sub-location, on 11th December, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
