IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NAKURU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E603 OF 2022
By Grace Wanjiru Waweru, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Njoki Isaac
Mwangi alias Milka Isaack, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in
Kenya, on 19th September, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E675 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Nyambura Karanja and (2) Peter Macharia Karanja,
both of P.O. Box 709, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and
son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Joseph Karanja Macharia, who died at Rugongo, on 8th
October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
