CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2024
By Erick Gathekia Mariga, of P.O. Box 189–20300, Nyahururu in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Cyrus Mariga Gathekia alias Cyrus M.
Gathekia, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April,
2004.
CAUSE NO. 314 OF 2024
By Eunice Wambui Witu, of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of James Wanganga Witu alias James W. Witu,
who died at Nyahururu Private Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April, 2013.

By (1) Robert Maina Ndegwa and (2) Charles Kibethi Ndegwa,
both of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s
sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Wilson Ndegwa Mutuanjau, who died at Karatina Sub-County
Hospital in Kenya, on 7th Jne, 2016.

of Samuel Muigai Nganga alias Samwel Mwigai Nganga, who died on

By (1) Simon Kagara Ndungu and (2) Rosalyn Wamuyu Ndung’u,
both of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s
son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Ellen Muthoni Ndungu, who died at
Syokimau, on 20th December, 2016.
CAUSE NO. 265 OF 2025
By (1) Simon Kagara Ndungu and (2) Rosalyn Wamuyu Ndung’u,
both of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s
son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of James Ndungu Kagara alias James Ndung’u
Kagara, who died at Veteran Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th
November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
