CAUSE NO. 319 OF 2024
By (1) Joseph Maina Njoroge and (2) Rahab Wanjiku Maina, both
of P.O. Box 11, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s father and mother,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Samwel Munyutu Maina alias Samuel Munyutu Maina, who
died at Boror, Salgaa, on 16th October, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2025
By (1) David Thuita Muruthi, (2) Fernandes Muruthi Thuita and
(3) Eric Mwangi Thuita, all of P.O. Box 22783–00505, Nairobi in
Kenya, the deceased’s widower and children, respectively, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Njeri
Thuita, who died at Golf Club, Nyahururu, on 11th May, 2025.

By Ephantus Mugane Ruo, of P.O. Box 1864, Nyahururu in
Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Priscilla Njoki Mugane alias Priscillar Njoki
Mugane, who died at N.C.R.H., on 18th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
