TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024
By Ezekiel Odhiambo Abong’o Omware, the deceased’s son, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagoda
Omware alias Wagoda w/o Omware, who died at Nyawita, on 4th
July, 1973.
CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2024
By David Odundo Ahono, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ahono Ombam, who
died at Nyawita, on 10th September, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2025
By Alice Atieno Ayoki, of P.O. Box 236–40601, Bondo in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of John Odhiambo, who died at Nyawita, on 25th July,
2021.

By Richard Otiende Olang, of P.O. Box 254–40100, Kisumu in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Martin Olang Ajwang alias Martin Olang
Ajuang, who died at Ajigo, Bondo, on 15th January, 2007.

By Noah Otieno Oduk, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hapi Owino Koluoch
alias Hapi Owino Oluoch, who died at Othach, on 23rd November,

of administration intestate to the estate of Hesikia Omulo Aimo, who
died at Bondo, on 30th April, 2003.

By Grace Akinyi Owuor, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abidha Ochieng, who
died at Uyawi, on 16th June, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
