TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2025
By Charles Odhiambo Onyuok, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Amolo
Owolo alias Lucas Omolo Owolo, who died at Got, Ramogi, on 5th
August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E298 OF 2025
By (1) Wellington Oduor Ogoda, (2) Johansen Onyango Owino
and (3) Simon Andiki Owino, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manase Owino
Obondo, who died at Nyangoma, on 12th November, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2025
By Joseph Alunga Ogonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogonyo Aluoch alias
Ogonyo Aluoch Arunga, who died at Pala, on 5th November, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
