TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E450 OF 2025
By Stephan Omari Nyaboga and Kennedy Obiero Aboga, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwamboka Omari Omari alias Kwamboka Omari, who died at Bogeka, on 1st February, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E457 OF 2025
By George Otieno Omollo, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omolo Omuok alias Ignatio Omollo Muok, who died on 20th August, 1983.

By Beatrice Kerubo Motanya, of P.O. Box 348, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mogaka Mochere, who died at Hema Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2022.

By Elijah Mongare Machage, of P.O. Box 1014, Karen in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucyline Kanyua Nthiiri, who died at Bogiakumu, on 18th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
