TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025
By Evans Koroso Karori, of P.O. Box 25-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeriah Kwamboka Karori, who died at Riuri Sub-location, on 27th May, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025
By Zablon Mayaka Obeqi, of P.O. Box 148, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obeqi Nyameri, who died at Ibacho Sub-location, on 8th June, 2001.

By Julius Onsongo Rosana, of P.O. Box 69-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Versivica Moraa Rosana alias Moraa Rosana, who died on 20th September, 2023.

By Stephan Omari Nyaboga and Kennedy Obiero Aboga, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magwaro Ongongo Ngongo alias Magwaro Ong’ong’o, who died at Bogeka, on 10th May, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
