TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025
By Jonathan Apondo Omollo, Simeon Akombo Omolo and George Akoko Omollo, all of P.O. Box 1-40100, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Omolo Wade, who died on 15th July, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025
By Nicholas Onyango Manyolo, of P.O. Box 7558-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Manyolo Okondo alias Clement Manyolo, who died on 10th August, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
