CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025
By Meshack Otieno Auwor, of P.O. Box 84-40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Owuor Okel alias Samuel Owuor Okello, who died at Upper Kakwajuok, on 13th November, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2025
By Agnes Akinyi Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 27-40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Juma Obiero, who died at Konyango Sub-location, on 10th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E365 OF 2025
By Joshua Otieno Ong’ola and Samweli Ochieng Ongola, both of P.O. Box 9, Kandiege in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Ongola Kwaa alias Fredrick Ongola alias Fredrick Ongola Kwade, who died at Kanyongo, on 4th April, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
