By John Njoroge Kimwaki, of P.O. Box 33-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Wagio Kimwaki, who died on 15th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2025
By Samuel Wangombe Ndaguri, of P.O. Box 352-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndaguri Gikera, who died at Giatha-ini, Kanjai, Githunguri, on 19th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2025
By Joel Kimani Ngugi and Stephen Mugo Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 352, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Ngugi Kago, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 30th August, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
