TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2020
By Joseph Kimutai Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 828, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Cherus alias Kiplangat Cherus, who died at Kapchepkoro, on 22nd May, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025
By Jonathan Kipkemoi Tonui and David Kipkurui Mutai, both of P.O. Box 14, Kimulot, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Chemis, late of Konoin, who died at Kapsei, on 20th October, 2013.

By Joseph Kipkoech Koskei and Johana Kering, both of P.O. Box 468, Bomet in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngenoo arap Bii, who died at Kapcholyo, on 20th December, 1972.
CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025
By Christine Chelangat Chumo and Leonard Kiprotich Siele, both of P.O. Box 468, Bomet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsiele Chumo, who died at Kapkatet Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
