TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025
By Elain Adrien Ernestine, for a grant of probate of last will to the estate of Roy Michael Lyon, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025
By Achim Kopmeier and Stefanie Kopmeier, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marieta Stefanie Koppmeier, who died at Saarbrucken, Deutschland, on 7th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Zahir Abdul Rasul Manji, of P.O. Box 514, Nairobi in Kenya, Tahir Riaz Madatali Premji and Jazir Riaz Madatali Premji, of P.O. Box 66856-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors of the deceased, for a grant of probate of probate of written will to the estate of Riaz Madatali Premji alias Riaz Madatali Premji Devji, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
