TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025
By Raymond Kimutai Komen, Christopher Kibowitt Komen, Karen Jelagat Komen and Catherine Chemutai Komen, all of P.O. Box 15595-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kippor Komen, who died at Menengai Sub-location, on 23rd June, 2019.

By David Kipkoros Rotich, of P.O. Box 33, Njoror in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Elizabeth Chelangat Kerich, who died at Our Lady of Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2024.

CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Evan Ng’ang’a Wanjiru, of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Evan, late of Karanjee, who died there on 12th August, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
